Joseph Kolosinsky, of Jessup, Pennsylvania, was arrested Friday, Jan. 4, after being extradited to the Wilton Police Department and charged with larceny and criminal impersonation, said the Wilton Police Department.

Police began to investigate Kolosinsky in connection with the fraud in June 2018 when it was learned that a local business had become a victim of a larceny. The fraud involved a change to an employee's direct deposits of payroll, police said.

It was later learned that the funds were being delivered to an account in Pennsylvania that was owned by Kolosinsky, police said.

He was arrested at his home in Pennsylvania by local police before extradition.

Kolosinsky is being held in lieu of $150,000 bail.
